At Littlez Choice, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and timely. From order confirmation to doorstep delivery, our process is designed to ensure your children’s favourite outfits reach you quickly and safely.


Shipping Within Pakistan

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partner PostEx Courier Service, ensuring secure and timely deliveries even in remote areas.


Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery:

  • Major cities: 5–6 working days

  • Other cities/towns: 7–9 working days

  • Delivery schedules may vary during sale seasons, high-load periods, or public holidays.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate (Pakistan-wide): Rs. 250

  • Free Delivery: Orders above Rs. 5000 


Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive an SMS/Email confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a quick confirmation call or message from our team to prevent inaccurate or fraudulent orders.

  • Unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide through PostEx Courier Service.

  • Kindly ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct and reachable.

  • Payment must be given in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.


Tracking Your Parcel

Once dispatched, we will share your PostEx tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey through the PostEx tracking portal.


Delivery Attempts

  • PostEx usually makes two delivery attempts.

  • If the rider is unable to reach you or deliver the parcel, it may be returned to us.

  • Re-dispatch can be arranged upon request, with additional shipping charges.


Possible Order Delays

Your delivery may experience delays due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Road blockages or strikes

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

  • High volume during sale events or seasonal rush
    If your parcel is delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.


Refusal or Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason or repeatedly fails to receive parcels, Littlez Choice reserves the right to limit COD service or require advance payment for future orders.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Updates will be shared as we expand our delivery services.
